Management of restaurant concepts in motorway service stations

La Croissanterie

Since November 2015, the oil company Total has been a franchisee of “La Croissanterie,” a French sandwich and fast-food chain. Total sought Ansamble Morocco’s expertise to transform the management of its catering outlets into a real success. To date, Ansamble Morocco manages three “La Croissanterie” outlets offering a unique stopover for freeway users in Morocco.

Venezia Ice & Bakery

Petrom and the Venezia Group have chosen Retail Maroc to manage their Venezia Ice & Bakery outlets. Two restaurants are already open in Petrom Oum Rabii and Petrom Targa service stations.

Arena services management

The FIFA Club World Cup was an opportunity for Ansamble Morocco to once again demonstrate its expertise in stadium point-of-sale management under “extraordinary” conditions.

The challenge was to prepare and distribute food and drink to the crowd of Raja Club Athletic and Bayern Munich fans attending the 2013 FIFA Club World Cup final at the Marrakech Stadium.
Thousands of hot and cold drinks, snacks, 20,000 sandwiches and several tons of fruit were served to the fans. Ansamble’s head office teams were also mobilized to meet the challenge and ensure that this extraordinary event was a complete success.
